What is The Flockers Academy?
A space for wedding photographers and videographers who want to work on their craft. We run workshops, 1:1 coachings, and long-form mentorings. Less trends, more truth.
Who is it for?
Wedding and elopement photographers and videographers, at any career stage, who care about depth over speed.
What language is everything in?
English. German is possible in coaching and mentoring, and also on specific workshops, when both sides are comfortable.
Workshops
What format do the workshops take?
Two formats. Day workshops are focused, single-day intensives. Multi-day workshops are immersive experiences in unique locations with shootings, teaching sessions, and time together. Small groups in both cases. Each edition has its own dates, location, speakers, and price.

Do I need to be at a certain level to join?
No. The mix of beginners and seasoned pros is part of what makes a workshop work.
1:1 Coaching
How does coaching work?
One-on-one sessions, online or in person depending on what fits. It’s about development. Building your business, sharpening your craft, filling in expertise gaps where you need outside input. You don’t have to be stuck to work with us.
How long is a session?
We talk first, then agree on a format that fits your situation. Most start with a single session or a small package.
Mentoring
What is mentoring at The Flockers Academy?
Long-term, deep work. For photographers who want to build something that lasts.
How long does it run?
Variable. We tailor duration and rhythm to your goals.
Booking & Payment
How do I book?
Through the contact form. Tell us which offering interests you and where you are right now. We come back to you.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Workshop tickets and coaching or mentoring packages can be split into two or three installments. We agree on the schedule together when you book.
Cancellation
What if I need to cancel a workshop?
Your deposit secures your spot. A refund is only possible if we can find someone to take your place.
What about coaching or mentoring?
Once we’ve started, we don’t offer free cancellation. If you stop midway, we invoice the work that has been done up to that point. Exact terms depend on the package and are laid out before you commit.
Practical
What should I bring to a workshop?
Your camera kit and weather-appropriate clothing. A detailed packing list goes out before each edition.
Will there be wifi?
Yes at multi-day workshops. For day workshops, coaching, and mentoring, you only need a stable connection on your end.
